Smargue Inc. ("Smargue") collects personal information, such as but not limited to an email address, when a user registers for a Smargue account or otherwise voluntarily enters such information. We may also retain information associated with a user's visit such as but not limited to the IP address, browser type, language, or the date and time of the request, in order to provide our users with better service.

Our physical facilities provide appropriate security measures to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from our users.

Smargue uses cookies to store user preferences and provide better service, such as remembering login information so the user does not have to log in every time they visit our site.

Uses

Smargue does not sell, give away, or in any other way distribute any of the information that we collect about our users.

We may occasionally contact our users via the email address they provided to notify them of changes to our site or their account. In such cases, users will be provided with a way to unsubscribe from any such future email.

In the event that Smargue or some or all of its assets are purchased by another entity in the future, all user information is likely to be considered part of Smargue's assets, and is likely to be transferred to the acquiring party, at which point its use will be governed by the acquiring party's privacy policy.
