I didn't think Spider-Man 3 was as bad as people say, but it can't compete with Alfred Molina playing a villain as iconic as Doc Ock. Spider-Man 2's story was also pretty solid and wasn't trying to cram in too many subplots.

Also, greatest opening titles ever!

The Sandman's creation was ridiculous, his attributes were even more laughable and venom was only in the movie for like 10 minutes. Spiderman 2 is by far less sucky than Spiderman 3.
