They prosecuted Al Capone with tax evasion evidence. Mr. Simpson lost the civil suit brought against him by the goldman Family and it has been reported by Cnn that he has not made payments in good faith. Justice is justice.

Double jeopardy is illegal, and noone should have to stand trial, even indirectly, for the same crime twice. He was acquitted. So now he needs to only be tried for the Las Vegas incident, which didn't sound like a big deal. Using it to try to turn back the clock would be unfair and illegal.
