Prius owners drive oblivious to their surroundings because they're always staring at their MPG meters. This added to the fact that you can't hear a Prius coming half the time because of the electric motor makes them silent killers.
I'm also waiting for a scientific study that shows a large overlap between generally inept drivers and the demographics who gravitate towards buying a Prius.

I'd say PT Cruiser, if only because noone in their right mind would buy that car, so they're all rentals, and their drivers don't know where they're going.
Anyway, where's the "Volvo" option?

Twice I've seen cars driving the wrong way on the other side of a concrete median, and both times it was a PT Cruiser. Also, I doubt that anyone who would buy a vehicle that looks like a PT Cruiser has the mental capacity to operate a car.
